Oh yes, he did. Of course you will get someone that will justify this (as there always is) and claim he was about to say something about short trousers gathered in at the knees or bloomer-like undergarments worn by women.

Fact is, the man is totally lost. Not simply the ‘n’ word he almost said, which I could say because I am black. What he said during the rest of the video was simply garbage. A blind leader of the blind. You have to be blind to sit under such a ministry.
And there were black people listening to him too. Why? Now you know why so many ministries are colour segregated.
With someone like him in the ministry, the enemy is laughing.
