  1. Dear Bettye:

Unfortunately I do not have the transcript of this sermon. If I may direct you to two possible places to obtain it, try to contact the staff at John MacArthur’s Grace to You and see if they can get you a transcript or try James Dobson’s Focus on the Family because this sermon was actually aired on his show.

Also, I suggest, type in the different search engines the name of this sermon + “transcript.”

If you do end up finding it, please let me know. I’d like to get a copy for myself as well.

    Sincerely,

    – The Pilgrim

  2. Yeah, I been busy. I’m in the middle of a 2-part “series within a series” for Sunday mornings. The whole series is called “Blesed be…” Do you know how many times that phrase is used in the Bible? About 150! “Blessed is (the name of the LORD, he who fears the LORD, trusts the LORD, etc.)” I’m using Matthew 16 (“Blessed art thou Simon Barjona”) and Luke 1 (“Blessed art thou among women”) in a subseries about the roles of Peter and Mary in Catholicism. Sheesh! Talk about a load of material. I’ve had a harder time trying to figure out what to leave out!

Re: the MacArthur sermon, over at Domain for Truth, they have that and a couple other MacArthur mp3’s (as well as John Piper and Al Mohler) on the same subject. Here’s the link to the page:
