This is an excellent video depicting where I am at this moment in my spiritual walk. 1st part of video (problem) – been there and done that. 2nd part of video (solution) – in the process of doing. Can’t seem to empty both hands at once and I’m having to empty them over time. Please pray for me.

JC,
I recommend watching this video by Paul Washer to help you better understand what may be at the root of your “holding on.” You can also download the audio version of this same message here.

P.S. You are on my prayer list.

Thanks for posting this, Pligrim. You know, I always hear about these conversions where people are weeping, so saddened by their sin, I hear about these drastic events where thousands of people are moved in huge ways…but mine was just like his, just a gentle voice telling me to “let go” no tears, no soft music, just me, and God -telling me to let go of my “dirty” and “pretty.” in a way, for a long time I felt maybe I was jipped, maybe I did it wrong-beacuse it just didn’t seem as powerful, I KNOW it was true because of the way it wreaked my life, and made it about HIM and HIM alone-but I worried that maybe I was supposed to cry, and weep. This video helped me see that it’s okay not to, and that I’m not alone. So, thanks!

PS, Could you send me (as a comment back is fine) the link to this video? I would love to post it on my blog, but can’t find it on youtube.
Thanks
