OK, now for my real response. While God certainly does love His children even when they are steeped in sin, that love is simply too great to leave said children in that state. He did not redeem them so that they could continue to remain in bondage, but so that they could be free.
BTW: I think this was the guy that was on Oprah declaring that homosexuality was a gift from God. It’s late and I’m too tired to look it up.
