The Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants teach that in the end ONLY Christ’s GRACE will save us.
2 Nephi 2:23 For we labor diligently to write, to persuade our children, and also our brethren, to believe in Christ, and to be reconciled to God; for we know that it is by GRACE that we are saved, after all we can cdo. 24 And, notwithstanding we believe in Christ, we akeep the law of Moses, and look forward with steadfastnes unto Christ, until the law shall be fulfilled. 25 For, for this end was the law given; wherefore the law hath become dead unto us, and we are made alive in Christ because of our faith; yet we keep the law because of the commandments.
D&C 20: 30 And we know that justification through the GRACE of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is just and true; 31 And we know also, that asanctification through the GRACE of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is just and true,

Rob:
I am familiar with the verse in the Book of Mormon you cited. That little part in 2 Nephi that says you’re saved by grace “AFTER ALL YOU CAN DO” tends to refute your assertion that Mormonism teaches that “only Christ’s grace will save us.”
Sounds like it’s Christ’s grace AND your effort, and that Christ’s grace cannot take affect until AFTER you do all that you can do.
So a question, Rob. Have you done ALL that you can do?
