I don’t know where you dig up all these excellent quotes, but they hit the nail on the head regarding either the condition of the churches today, or what the church most needs today. And this one is no exception. Too many today are heeding men’s opinions regarding spiritual matters (often doing violence to the whole counsel of God’s word), rather than testing their teachers (and dare I say pastors as well) according to what the Bible says.
